Mojo verde & rojo

Green and red sauce eaten with papas arugadas (cooked potatos in salt) 

Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Sea Salt
  • Olive Oil 
  • a bunch of coriander
  • a little bit of chilli flakes
  • vinegre

Preparation

Put all the ingredients besides of the vinagre in a bowl, mix them with a hand blender and add afterwards at the end the vinegre. The amount depends on your taste. 

Mojo rojo

  • Garlic
  • red paprica from Gomera :)
  • olive oil
  • vinagre
  • cumin
  • oregano

Papas arugadas

Ingredients

  • potatos, take the little onces
  • sea salt

Preparation

Cook the potatos in cold water with that much salt that they float immediately. Cook them till good, pure the water away and let them in the pan without water on the fire for a couple of minutes. They will turn a little bit white from the salt. Serve them immediately with the mojo verde & rojo.
